I apologized to my mom and she just rolled her eyes. What should I do now?

Ask Allah for forgiveness, and if you have offended your mother, then ask her to forgive you for the sake of Allah — choose a moment when she is in a good mood, and do some kind act for her, such as giving her a body massage or helping her with something she needs.
If she forgives you, then alhamdulillāh.
But if she does not forgive you, then know that your Lord is sufficient for you, and He can forgive you even if it is related to the rights of His creation — even the closest ones such as parents.

Relevant Hadith:
The Prophet ﷺ said:

“Allah is more merciful to His servant than a mother is to her child.”
— Sahih al-Bukhari, 5999; Sahih Muslim, 2754

And he ﷺ said:

“The one who repents from sin is like the one who has no sin.”
— Sunan Ibn Mājah, 4250 (hasan)

These ahadith show Allah’s vast mercy and that sincere repentance wipes away sins. However, if you wronged someone, you should still try your best to make amends.

Allah says in the Qur’an : “If they were returned, they would certainly revert to that which they were forbidden; and indeed, they are liars.” (Sūrah al-An‘ām 6:28) And Allah says: “Until, when death comes to one of them, he says: ‘My Lord, send me back, that I might do righteousness in that which I left behind.’ No!
