Is it okay if I only pray the Fard of Isha?

Yes, for other than that is not obligatory or a sin if not performed. The Bedouin whom the Prophet ﷺ taught about the five obligatory prayers said that he would only perform these and nothing more.

🕌 The Actual Hadith

Narrated by Talhah ibn Ubaydullah:

A Bedouin came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ with unkempt hair and said:

“O Messenger of Allah, tell me what Allah has made obligatory upon me regarding prayer.”

The Prophet ﷺ said:

“The five daily prayers, unless you do extra (voluntary prayers).”

The man said:

“Tell me what Allah has made obligatory upon me regarding fasting.”

He ﷺ said:

“The month of Ramadan, unless you do extra.”

Then he asked about zakāh, and the Prophet ﷺ informed him.

The man then said:

“By the One who honored you, I will not do more than this nor less than this.”

The Prophet ﷺ said:

“He will succeed if he is truthful.”

— Sahih al-Bukhari (46)
— Sahih Muslim (11)
