Skipping the prayers is halal or not
Do not think that ṣalāh (prayer) can be abandoned under any circumstance. In Islām, even in the most intense situations—such as the battlefield under constant fear—ṣalāh is not waived. Rather, Allāh has legislated Ṣalāt al-Khawf (the prayer of fear), which may be performed in shortened form with ony one unit, even while walking or riding, individually or in congregation, according to the situation.
Allāh says:
“And when you are among them and lead them in prayer, let a group of them stand [in prayer] with you and let them carry their arms…”
(Surah An-Nisā’ 4:102)
And He says:
“Guard strictly your prayers, especially the middle prayer, and stand before Allah with devotion. But if you fear (an enemy), then pray on foot or while riding…”
(Surah Al-Baqarah 2:238–239)
This shows that even in fear, movement, and danger, ṣalāh is still obligatory and must be performed within its prescribed time.
Allāh also says:
“Indeed, prayer has been decreed upon the believers at fixed times.”
(Surah An-Nisā’ 4:103)
The purpose of our creation is to worship Allāh alone:
“And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me.”
(Surah Adh-Dhāriyāt 51:56)
And He tests us to see who is best in deeds:
“[He] who created death and life to test you as to which of you is best in deed…”
(Surah Al-Mulk 67:2)
Ṣalāh and Zakāh are among the greatest pillars of Islām and the clearest signs distinguishing a believer from disbelief. Allāh says:
“But if they repent, establish prayer, and give zakāh, then they are your brothers in religion.”
(Surah At-Tawbah 9:11)

🐪 Hadith of the Bedouin (Very Important)
This is a famous authentic hadith from Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim:
📜 The Hadith
A Bedouin came to the Prophet ﷺ and asked about Islam.
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
“Five prayers in the day and night.”The Bedouin asked: “Is there anything more upon me?”
The Prophet ﷺ said:
“No, unless you do it voluntarily.”Then the Prophet ﷺ mentioned fasting Ramadan and zakah.
The man said:
“By Allah, I will not do more than this nor less.”The Prophet ﷺ said:
“He will succeed if he is truthful.”
